Scientific contributions
Participants are invited to present contributions in the form of abstracts and posters.
Please, send your Abstract as an MS Word file (.doc or docx) to: o2bip-2012@unipr.it, indicating your availability for a short oral presentation (10-15 minutes). Its acceptance for a poster presentation or an oral presentation will be notified after the 30th of June.
DEADLINE
Submission deadline: 30/06/2012.
ABSTRACT FORMAT
The abstract should be no more than 2200 characters long (spaces included).
1) Title: Times New Roman, 14 points, boldface and centered.
2) Authors: Times New Roman 12, use superscripts 1,2,3 for affiliations, underline presenting author. Authors' full names should be separated by a comma.
Affiliation: Times New Roman, 10 points. The address should include: Institution, Department, City, Country and e-mail of the presenting Author.
3) Main text: Times New Roman 12 points.Single line spacing. Justified.
4) Figures: They should be saved as separate files (100x150 mm) in JPEG format, in black and white and should have a resolution of 300 dpi.
POSTER SIZE
0.70 m x 1.00 m (width and height, respectively).
BBA-Proteins and Proteomics SPECIAL ISSUE
BBA-Proteins and Proteomics (2011 IF 3.635) will publish a special issue containing a selection of papers, originated from the lectures/posters presented at the meeting. Original papers as well as reviews are accepted.
Manuscript will be subject to the usual BBA peer review process in order to maintain a high standard and attract a significant number of citations and thus warrant a reasonable impact. Please consider that the special issue is not intended to offer an opportunity to publish either preliminary results or manuscripts which would be otherwise "difficult" to publish. Please, contact either Andrea Mozzarelli or Cristiano Viappiani before August 29th if you are willing to submit a manuscript, providing a title and a short abstract.
